Wearing a wetsuit for OWS is recommended for all swimmers and is compulsory for swimmers under 18 years old. You may choose to swim without a wetsuit but BEFORE DOING SO MUST READ THE ADVICE ON OUR WEBSITE AT TRAINING>OPEN WATER SWIMMING
